ORDERS 

INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR PLACING ORDERS:  We’ll need your full name and mailing address for billing and shipping. We’ll also ask you to provide your telephone number and e-mail address in case our staff has any questions about your order. Telephone Orders can only be shipped to the address listed on the credit card account. On-Line Orders can only be shipped to an address confirmed by Pay Pal. We’ll need the full credit card number and expiration date on the front of the card as well as the 3 digit security code on the back of the card. Mail orders may be paid by a good personal check, business check or money order. Mail orders will not be shipped until after the check or money order has cleared our bank, so please allow for additional time when ordering by mail. Click the ‘Product Name’ button for information on each product, available lure color patterns, leader strengths, etc.

*CREDIT CARD ORDERS BY TELEPHONE:  Customers can simply call in to our Illinois office at 618-521-0526 or our Missouri office at 573-358-5948 to place an order and pay by credit card over the phone. If no one is available, please leave a message and an agent will contact you to take your order as soon as possible.

*CREDIT CARD ORDERS ON-LINE:  Customers can place an order on-line 24 hours a day and 7 days a week all year round through our web site. From the main tackle page of our site, select either the Big Game Fishing Tackle button for muskie, pike & large game fish lures, or the Mid-Size Game Fishing Tackle button for bass, redfish & mid-sized game fish lures. Simply use the shopping cart located within each section to order tackle from either or both sections with the ‘Order With Credit Card’ buttons. When you are finished shopping you’ll be automatically sent to Pay Pal where you can pay by credit card. It’s fast, easy and secure. On-line ordering is only available to customers within the United States. Customers outside the U.S. may call or e-mail us for information on placing an order.

*CHECK & MONEY ORDERS BY MAIL:  Simply provide us with a typed or neatly written order with the models of lures, leaders & replacement parts that you want. Include the quantity, type, size, color, price, and any other necessary information for each item. Total up the order and add the appropriate shipping & handling charges. Send the order, your full information and a good check or money order made out to Simms Outdoors L.L.C. for the exact amount of the merchandise and shipping charges. SHIPPING:  Retail orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or Confirmed UPS Ground Shipping. Most orders inside the U.S. arrive within or less than 7-10 business days of receipt of payment. Air Shipping Services may be available for additional shipping and handling charges. Call for information.

TERMS:  Simms Outdoors LLC is responsible for building & packaging products, packing orders, and shipping them out with a reputable carrier, in this case the United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service. Simms Outdoors LLC is not responsible for orders once they are shipped from our location. Either the shipping carrier or the customer is responsible for the order once it has left the custody of Simms Outdoors LLC. Customers are offered the opportunity to purchase shipping insurance to cover any lost, stolen or damaged items that may be the fault of the shipping carrier, or another company or individual.
